After several years spending holidays in Puglia, we decided to realise a dream and build our own holiday home.  A secluded disused parcel of farming land with over 130 olive trees was purchased and a new build four bedroom, three bathroom, single storey Masseria style property with swimming pool was constructed during 2017.  Now named Villa Moda It is available to rent for your own vacation  through pugliaplaces.com

Warm & Cosy Cotswolds Home

A Cotswold town high street apartment above an art gallery  - the client wanted to give the property individual character and personality - with a nod to Soho House style. This Gloucestershire town is an ideal place to visit the surrounding countryside and visit the abundant antiques shops.

The project consisted of:
Entrance hallway
Ground floor study/ cosy lounge - with wood burning stove , that opens to the rear secluded courtyard garden.
First Floor dining / kitchen with window seat overlooking the courtyard garden.
First floor front drawing room with open fire and bay window to street.
Second floor master bedroom
Second floor guest bedroom

Crouch End Kitchen Extension & Loft Conversion

A sideways extension into the side return created a wider kitchen with bifold doors to the courtyard garden.

The loft extension created a dramatic bedroom under the roof eaves and a shower room too.

Side & Loft Extension of Edwardian Home

New Build, Berkhampsted, Hertfordshire

This project was a newly built home in rural Hertfordshire.  I met the lovely clients at a Houzz event at Heal's furniture store in Tottenham Court Road, London in September 2015. The house was a blank canvas and the brief was to give the property some personality and soul with the finishes, furniture, soft furnishings and art.

Muswell Hill Kitchen / Dining Room

Open Plan Kitchen, dining room with bespoke pale grey cabinets, honed granite worktop, and bespoke blown glass pendant lights.  Kitchen island with sink.  Flooring has underfloor heating and is a wood effect porcelain tile. The feature supporting pillar is clad in iridescent mosaic tiles.

TV Lounge Extension

By knocking sideways into the existing garage a large family TV room was created with bespoke cabinets to frame the TV and display books and store items.  A cool,  calm harmonious scheme was requested by the client.
